Abstract: It comprised with 4 trials there were 1) Nitrogen fertilizer rate trial. RCBD with 4 replications was used. Treatments were 4 rates of nitrogen (12, 18, 24 and 30 kg N/rai). 2) Appropriated potassium management trial. RCBD with 4 replications was used. Treatments were potassium rates of 6 kg K2O /rai apply a time at transplanting date, potassium rate of 6 kg K2O /rai apply 2 times at transplanting date and panicle initiation period, potassium rate of 12 kg K2O /rai apply a times at transplanting date and potassium rate of 12 kg K2O/rai apply 2 times at transplanting date and panicle initiation period. 3) Appropriated seed rate trial. Split plot design with 4 replications was an experimental design. Main plot was PTT06001H and PTT1 varieties and sub plot was seed rate at the rate of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 15 kg/rai. And 4) Appropriated planting method. Split plot design with 4 replications was an experimental design. Main plot was PTT06001H and PTT1 varieties and sub plot was broadcasting, transplanting and parachute. Yield, growth, yield component, harvest index and break-even point for technology management were note. The results showed that there was no significant difference in yield of PTT06001H among 12, 18, 24 and 30 kg N/rai response. But at break-even point, nitrogen rate of 12-18 kg N/rai was recommended. Moreover, once or twice split application of 6 and 12 kg K2O/rai also had no difference among those yields. So potassium fertilizer application was 6 kg K2O/rai a time at transplanting date was recommended. For seed rate study, broadcasting with 6 kg/rai produced the highest yield. Whereas PTT1 also gave the highest yield with no significant difference with dose of 8, 10 and 15 kg/rai. In conclusion, direct seeding with 6-8 kg/rai of seed rate. And Planting method study, broadcasting, transplanting and parachute had no significant difference in yield of PTT06001H and PTT1. But PTT06001H was higher yield potential than PTT1. In conclusion, direct seeding with 6-8 kg/rai of seed rate, transplanting or parachute with 12-18 kg N/rai and 6 kg K2O/rai applying once for nitrogen and potassium management were recommended for this PTT06001H hybrid rice production technology.
