Abstract: (1) It was concluded that KDML105 rice seedlings of 50 g/square m and 60 day-old showed the least damage from crabs and apple-snails, and 60 day-old seedling plant produced highest grain yield. (2) It was reported that most weeds were broadleaves species, fast distributed over the rice field during 30 DAT, but did not affect grain yield and seed quality. (3) It was found that the control efficiency of rice blast and bacterial leaf blight were not obvious. (4) Effect of herbaceous plant extracts to rice blast and bacterial leaf blight control by bio-essay technique, plant extract of Gara Wek (Artabtrys siamensis) showed clear zone on P. grisea (leaf blast) and X. oryzae pv.Oryzac (bacterial leaf blight) culture plates in equivalence to chemical pesticide treatment. (5) Integrated insect-pest control in organic rice production conducted at PRE rice field, application of crop vigor promotion substances still have no effect to control insect-pests in rice field but water draining out of the field could reduce insect population density. Varietals evaluation: Lowland rice varietals evaluation in organic production , native rice variety Leuang Pratew, Khao Tah Haeng, Jek Chuey, Sangyod Phatthalung, and RD6 performed high potential in organic production. Cultivation model improvement: (1) Test of organic rice seed production model I. PSL2 variety, in the first year there were no significantly difference between treatments, but in the second year chemical model produced higher grain yield than those organic model, seed of all treatments met quality standard. (2) Test on organic rice seed production model I. KDML105 variety, there were no difference between grain yield in both 2 years and also produced qualified seed standard. (3) Evaluation on organic rice production model, KDML105 rice produced 464, 533, and 454 kg/rai in organic, chemical, and natural model, respectively.
