| Abstract: | Regional yield trials of irrigated lowland rice in the Ratchaburi Rice Research Center Area was carried out in farmer’s paddy field at Phetchaburi province by transplanting method and Ratchaburi province by pre-germinated seed broadcasting method during wet season in 2009. Two rice promising line was selected : KLG02008-19-2-4-3 by transplanting and pre-germinated seed broadcasting method gave yield 1,052 and 937 kg./rai,123 and 121 Day of maturity , 115 and 106 centimeter of height , 11 panicles/tiller and 415 panicles/m2 and high amylose. It’s resists to rice blast , moderately susceptible to brown planthopper and white backed plant hopper : SPR93020-PTT-28-2-2-1-4-1 by transplanting and pre-germinated seed broadcasting method gave 953 and 830 kg/rai when compared with SPR1(CK) showed non-significant , 125 and 121 days of maturity , 112 and 106 centimeter of height , 11 panicles/tiller and 480 panicles/m2 with high amylose. It moderately susceptible to leaf blast , green leafhopper , susceptible to bacterial leaf blight and moderately resist to white backed plant hopper. |
