การทดสอบพันธุ์ข้าวโพดลูกผสมกึ่งการค้าในไร่กสิกร ปี 2552

Abstract

On Farm Research Project conducted pre-commercial corn hybrids trials in farmers' field in 2 regions during May to December 2009. The trials laid out in RCB design, composed of 22 entries, with 3 replications, In the first region, Tak provinces, the result found that, NT 6346 gave the highest yield of 1,031 kg/rai, across 3 locations, but not significant different from Suwan 4452, (check variety, 943 kg/rai). Bio 569 gave the lowest yield of 735 kg/rai, which was not significant different from KSX 5211 and SH 0901, and lower yield than Suwan 4452 of 22, 18 and 15 percent, respectively. In the second region, Nakhonsawan, Lopburi, Nakhonratchasima, and Chacherngsao province, composed of 24 entries, across 6 locations. The result shown that, NT 6326 gave the highest yield of 1,135 kg/rai, but not significant different from SW 4452, which yielded 1,127 kg/rai. There were five entries, KSX 5214, DK 888, Bio 569, FBC no.2 and KSX 5211, that gave 15-21 percent lower yield than SW 4452.
